As someone who wanted us to sign Tuchel, when others were pointing out he was sacked from a one team league, I just cannot help but wonder.
Back in 2020/2021, utd had a horrid start to the season languishing in mid table or below until matchday 13 in late November. Chelsea who had a decent start inexplcably started to plummet down the table arround the same time. After matchday 19, utd were top of the table and chelsea were in 9th place. 11 points off the top and 5 points off top 4.
Chelsea had seen enough after 18 months and Lampard was fired. The rest is what we are withnessing. I had seen enough of Ole after the RB Leipzig CL result to be 1000000% certain he was not gonna take us where we wanted.

I point out Chelsea because of their decisiveness which is th polar opposite of utd. They are currently reaping the benefit while utd will be lucky to finish in fourth place. And still we wait

I agree and it in fact more respectful to handle thins the way Chelsea did with Lampard. Ole has now become a laughing stock as a result of the indeciveness/incompetence of the people who should have sacked him a long time ago.

When all the other Chelsea fans were crying over Lampard's dismissal, I actually made myself unpopular by suggesting that Tuchel is the manager we had needed for years. Good football - though not kamikaze. Good control, lots of attacking, easy on the eye. We are no longer trying to be Man City. As a true Chelsea fan may I add - LONG LIVE OLE!
