Morning guys... Just a quick thought/ not on the wind up. If Poch is the guy you want and and Leonardo decides to play hard-ball (Keeping him till the summer). Would it not make sense to go after a guy like Jesus Perez as your Interim Manager ? I remember from his time at Spurs, he was very highly regarded and been Poch's right hand man for years. If there was ever some joined up thinking by United, getting Perez in would allow him to start implementing the Poch philosophy before the main man arrives.
With all due respect, a guy like him that knows the league is probably more likely to help get you a top 4 spot rather than starting fresh with someone like Garcia, Ragnick or Valverde and then doing it all again in the summer with Poch
Just a thought, but its a unique situation you are in and this way you are at least putting a framework in place despite the timing not being ideal.

On a separate note , people asked what coaches Poch would bring with him. I did some digging (well, copied what someone else did with their digging from another website).
“According to the PSG website, the PSG senior team have ten backroom staff: Poch, two assistant coaches, two goalkeeping coaches, two fitness coaches, and three video analysists. The two assistant coaches and one of the goalkeeping coaches have worked with Poch at all four of his clubs so far and one of the fitness coaches is his son”
