For their 3rd round FA Cup clash with Sheffield United Wolves go into the game on the back of a fine Premier League win at Old Trafford. With their team sitting comfortably in 8th place in the league table, a lot of Wolves fans are quietly confident of an FA Cup run that could extend beyond their first few rounds.

Sheffield United currently occupy 13th place in the Championship table having taken 13 points from their last 5 league games, their latest win coming at the expense of 3rd placed Fulham.
Head Coach Paul Heckingbottom has high hopes for the Blades but sadly, I think this game will bring disappointment for him and his team.

Part of having a bigger squad is that we have more value sat on the bench. I agree with you though, not Traore! 😂😂

Silva put a chance on a plate for Traore in the first half but he made his usual mess of a simple chance. He also seems to have forgotten what his major strength is, his first instinct today wasn't to push the ball past his opponent and burn him with pace, he seemed slow off the mark today and again just didn't provide enough quality. He found Silva with a cross early on but can't recall much more of any meaning. If we can get 25m for him now, I'd take it.

Said to my uncle I know he's been out for a while but

Decent performance tho by side barring the opening 5 mins when we could have been 2 down

After yesterdays game Bruno said he played against Podence when he was with Sporting Under 10s and he had problems with him then and he’s pleased he’s now finally got him on his side

Never been convinced that moving from 343 to 4231 would benefit us with the players currently at the club. Think we could end up with a less efficient defence and no great increase in goals scored.

But yesterday did throw up the possibility of a 3412 line up that could give us the best of both worlds with Podence playing behind Raul and Fabio
