Genuine Apology

This looks like a genuine and heartfelt apology from Lukaku. Time for everyone to move on now - https://twitter.com/ChelseaFC/status/1478449765608218631?t=zdG2l71BJYOdUjiXvUrYVA&s=19

Also Trippier to Newcastle...

Dalot looks like he gives a sh** too so I'd like to see the likes of him, Fred etc get a proper run now. Basically the players with something to prove could well be our saviours.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Woodward has probably had a word.

"You can't drop Aaron Ralf" We signed him for big big money and it will make me look really stupid if you leave him out for good now".

Can't see any other reason why he mysteriously left him out. He was one of the better players in the first 3 games of the new era.

Club is toxic beyond what any of us know I'm sure.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

the truth probably is that Ralf wants the permanent job.

Just like Ole he's walked in to a dream job without the right CV behind him. Sure he's got a past full of exciting football but no big trophies unlike some of his other german counterparts.

He's gone ultra conservative playstyle wise to rack up points rather than performances.

It would explain why we have Matic, McT, AWB and Shaw suddenly get in to the team ahead of more fluid attacking options
----------------------------------------------------------------------

If he's made permanent manager in the summer after us missing out on CL football that will be the final nail in the coffin for me. The Glazers will have finally killed us off as an elite club.

It's truly heartbreaking watching the club I love due a slow painful death and become as relevant as an Everton. That's where we are heading.

Can't be bothered writing another article but it seems Newcastle are signing Trippier for £12m!
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Woodward and Judge would have walked away at 25m minimum.

£12m for a fullback who can cross better than all ours put together.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I suspect we could have perhaps got him a bit cheaper too as Atleti knew Newcastle had loads to spend and that Trippier would more likely push for a move to OT. Hopefully Dalot can prove us wrong and be the man for the rest of the season.

No I think every team in the world knows you guys like to overpay.๐Ÿ˜

fear not

No chance Ralf gets the jobs at this rate. He's failing his audition hard. If he wants to save his job then he will stop relying on the pensioners in the team.

Missing out on top 4 is a disaster but at least ralf is just an interim

I don't even class missing top 4 as a disaster these days. When we get in it we don't ever compete in it anyway.

If we miss it again this year I hope we use this opportunity to get rid of 10 to 12 players.

Dalot was one of the few bright sparks in Ralf's first few games and has been left out of the team the last two and can't for the life of me understand why. He even got the assist at Newcastle too.

Something is very wrong at this club. I have my suspicions that managers are even being told who can and can't be left out of the team for too long.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I believe that too. I believe that's why Fletcher is working so closely with Ralf. I cannot for the life of me see why Dalot did not walk back into the line up.

This is fascinating. Who's doing the telling? And why?

Oh leave it out. With the money that we generate we aren't going to fall that far behind like Everton are. If we get a decent manager in things can change quickly. A couple of decent years and we can be back up there.
