I bet he looks back the last few yrs watching liverpool win the trophies they have and is privately gutted...has to be imo.

Anyone's attitude would be ruined by Barca. At Bayern he was fine.

Idk why people keep saying he did well for Bayern. He only started 14 league games for them, he scored 8 goals which is a decent return but then when you look into it, 7 of those goals were scored in 4+ goal victories.

Champions League no better, starting 5/11 games (all in the group stages) and all his goals/assists coming in 5+ goal victories.

The guy is just a luxury that can be used when things are easy. I reckon he will struggle at Villa.

Did he? He was a squad player...never a regular and was even booed by the Barcelona fans; bit part player at Munich too.

Hes been hawked everwhere and ends up at Villa....sounds like it went really well for him

the reality is he wants to play for brazil at qatar 2022 and must play now to do so.

Villa offers him a 100% assured starting place so thats good enough for him at this point his money driven career.
