Hull v Everton on BBC Scotland? What a fecking joke - I cannot be alone in thinking 'why on earth are BBC Scotland using up part of their budget (our money) to show such irrelevant keech?'.

Free or very close to it

And plenty of folk in Scotland follow English football, we have had FA cup coverage for many a year.

Even I watched the 90 mins due to being fek all else on and our B game being off

Oh and the Duchess was cooking or else it wouldn’t have been on

Watched it all in one sitting.
It is tough but brilliantly done.
I was playing in a band at a wedding that night. It turned into a fairly sombre occasion. Felt very sorry for that couple.

I'll probably get rest tomorrow. It was a bit more intense than I was probably ready for with beer in hand.

Not your usual handful in front of the TV, eh?

Canny watch anything ‘harrowing’ any more. Since having kids I’ve become a total mincer. Wrists permanently at a ninety degree angle. Everything makes me cry.
In saying that I started After Life last night and it’s brilliant. I’d like to hate Ricky Gervais but he makes or difficult sometimes.

My understanding, from listening to Stuart Cosgrove, on 'Off the Ball' is that like STV do with ITV there is a levy to be paid if the Scottish Station use any of their productions.
I would much prefer it BBC Scotland TV got serious about covering Scottish football.

They should have bitten the bullet and showed all the OF B team games in the Lowland this year. It would ensure an audience and even folk in the Highlands like Ivan would tune in, I’m sure?

Yeah, agreed. They would get a much bigger audience for that then they would've got got the Hull v Everton game.
BBC Scotland's responsibility is to the Scotland and not to act automatically as some lickspittle dumping ground for the English game coverage produced south of the border. This slavish following of their programme schedule is a disgrace and somebody in BBC Scotland really needs to grow a pair and challenge this orthodoxy.
