I wouldn't normally do this but as Don has closed his article to comments I feel I have no choice.
I seem to have upset him by behaving in exactly the same way as he does. I don't mind wumming, I can get involved or choose to ignore but double standards and not allowing the right to reply, that's cowardly.

The double standards are clear, I was being disrespectful at least in writing off Tottenhams limited success at the start of the 80s when I pointed out we'd still won more than them between then and Roman taking over. Yet he thinks its okay to dismiss us as a tinpot club. Its his right to dismiss us as much as it is anyone's right to dismiss his club or their achievements if they so wish. Our views do not change records or history.
Poor Don, poor, especially as his article related to Tottenhams very poor record at the bridge which began long before Roman arrived.

It could've been Tottenham. Abramovich looked at them first, but considering the area looked "worse than parts of Siberia" he CHOSE to buy us instead
