Hannibal Mejbri

He’s starting today for Tunisia AFCON.

Seeing that he is considered good enough to be playing at an International tournament surely he must be knocking on the door of the 1st team when he comes back.

For the record I've not nothing against ex milkmen, I've even got some friends that are ex milkmen. I only ever speak badly of the ones that are massivecunts.

And that's coming from a massivecunt!

Hannibal subbed at HT.

Didn't have a great first half but then he wasn't really playing in midfield.

Is Haidara any good? Would he, and the other guy we're rumoured to be after Zakaria, be good business for around £40-45m for both?

--------------------------------------------------

I don't think you'd want both in midfield together.

Haidara I think is the better more rounded midfielder of the two and the one I'd go for if I had to sign one of them. Zakaria is a tall and physical presence and a disciplined ball winner. He's tidy in possession but not very adventurous or progressive with his passing. He's a better carrier than he is a passer.

It seems like we could make a move for the latter this window but only because his deal is up in the summer and would only cost a few million to sign him this month. If he had two or three years left on his contract I don't think we'd be going for him, that's if we do.

Thanks TRS.

The ref had an interesting game there. Blew up for full time after 85 minutes, then played on for a bit, sent off a Malian player for a routine foul, then blew up again after 89 minutes. Had to be escorted off the pitch

Starting for an International team doesn’t necessarily mean you’re ready for first team football. He looks a real talent and it’s great he’s playing for Tunisia but let’s hold on for now, the other day people were claiming Garners ready because he played well against Arsenal.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Garner might be ready for the first team squad next season.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

I am not seeing anything in Garner that suggest he will make it for us. I was very disappointed with him in the pre season action he played.

Yeh Garner isn’t a top 6 player for me.
