Height discrimination at OT

Ha ha, message from the club after the Wolves match:

"Thank you for your attendance at the Premier League fixture between Manchester United and Wolverhampton Wanderers on 3rd January 2022. The club have been made aware that a section of the crowd at this fixture used discriminatory language that was directed towards a Wolverhampton Wanderers player in relation to his height.

Manchester United is fully committed to ensuring that any form of discriminatory abuse and/or offensive behaviour is eliminated and appropriate action may be taken against any individuals that are identified as participating in discriminatory and/or offensive chanting or behaviour.“

Why is height discrimination just considered acceptable out of interest?

Being not particularly tall I’ve always thought that….it seems there are many taboo subjects these days but height abuse is never frowned upon

It’s not as if I asked to be a short bloke

I’m certainly not sensitive around it but it’s an interesting point

I’m also bald so I got proper shafted 😂
