Could this ridiculous postponement yesterday really back fire and de rail what was turning into quite a good season for Arsenal?
I will stand by the fact they played by the rules , it’s the premier league that have royally messed up but that point has been done to death
My point is all of a sudden (if you read various football sites like myself) Arsenal are enemy number 1 for all fan bases it seems
This could in turn galvanise teams / fans against them on match days ….every away game becomes a real caldron of hate
Of course in two weeks time no one may give a shat but part of me thinks they may have harmed themselves by alienating the club from others
The league has made the mistake but perhaps Arsenal should have read the situation better and not requested postponement for a case of covid
I hope we absolutely smash them when it’s rearranged….the re arrangement will have the ground absolutely rocking and the players should feed off of that
Can see it being a very aggressive match

Funnily enough Arsenal also have conveniently no games in weeks 25 & 27. Which means clubs who have had games rescheduled, will have tighter schedules that the bottler, dodging Woolwich.

As for the OP, an us against the world mentality usually helps. When we were docked 2 points for handbags we went and won the league, losing just 1 game. When we had countless players banned for jumping around Ruud van Nistelrooy we went and won the league, losing 0 games.
The more we are hated the better we are. Bring it on.

Leicester….they postponed (we agreed with request so we could play Rennes in europe ) …ended up both games off and chucked out of Europe although we actually had a covid outbreak
Arsenal….they postponed
One league game was on us…..so not sure where you get the plural from with us postponing games

Lmfao fan backlash Arsenal are one of the 6 English clubs who started the ESL and nobody talks about that anymore. If you aren’t getting a backlash for that then you aren’t gonna get one for being incapable of fielding a team.
