Tuchel and Lukaku

I was told by a certain United fan on this board a couple of months back that Tuchel is comparable with Pep and Klopp in the elite tier of managers and rate Lukaku as a top striker that will make Chelsea title contenders..

How’s that working out?

The most mindbowing thing is you idiots are doing/have done this while the two biggest rivals are sweeping up on all the trophy's and repeatedly smacking us at OT.

All for a guy who robbed Teddy Sherringham's goal in 99.

Robbed? How was that?

As for Chelsea. Too negative for me, which isn't suiting Lukaku or Werner.

Tuchel is a good manager but will n out compete with Klopp and Pep over the course of a season (league titles).

His style alone means they’ll always have chances of winning competitions though, as we saw in the CL. Not sure I’d want to watch it every week though.

You've lost key players and haven't got enough good ones to back them up, in fact we've got half a dozen lightweight players that are just not up to the mark at all, many of them cost lots of money.

TT has been getting far to animated on the touchline, and is not making good 'in game' management decisions i.e. substitutions at the right time.

On our current trajectory we will not be making top 4 and this is not good enough

I don’t get this. Before our injuries we were second in expected goals and tearing teams apart just kept missing. Even against City on Sunday we kept getting behind their midfield but messing up positions. The players are not good enough. A load of wasted money

Chelsea's success past 20 years has been pretty much built on negative pragmatic football, they're bloody good at it too. Other than Carlo's first title, most of the time, they've been known to be highly organised defensive team. When they appoint an attacking coach, it rarely works out and Roman pulls the trigger faster than John Wayne.

Give it a couple of months and he'll be banned anyway. His schtick's looking a bit tired already.

Yes I’m surprised how some of your attacking signings haven’t worked out. Pulisic looked like he was becoming a player not long ago but he’s very hit and miss. Werner, Havertz and Ziyech have their moments but their Chelsea careers have never really taken off.

It’s baffling. They get in good positions but waste it time and time again. Can’t blame a coach for Werner running straight at fullbacks every time
