I’ve waited 24 hours and now I’m going to let rip before I burst.First target is Marcelo admittedly he has done great things for the club but he is ruining it all at the moment .He frustrates the life out of me with his insistence of playing James as a striker with his insistence of playing Roberts almost every week .He was asked yesterday was he frustrated with Newcastle’s time wasting .His answer was the authorities have the tools to stop this.In life and at work I find the one who causes the most rumpus gets on the best not the one who sits in the corner like a mouse.His reluctance to talk English also irks.I think they need a striker someone who can take some chances the team spurn every week.Finally I’m sick of people singing the praises of Meslier .He has a lot of potential but is far from the finished article.I dread to thing who will play if he gets injured no competition for the number 1 shirt . Whe all know Bielsa has his own ideas and he won’t change for anyone.I think of all the way back to Jansson probably had to get rid but not for peanuts.Now the young players want to leave .Bielsas aloofness with players is counter productive.He has too much power.Ferguson went France to bring Cantona back that’s the kind of management we need but we won’t get under the present structure.

I am a little concerned as I am reading rumours that Summerville is on his way to Hibs. We do have a talent in the U23's but if Crysencio leaves that will be two of our brightest out in a couple of weeks.

Mattyp ourteam create more chances than any team unfortunately most go a begging.The club should have a good scouting system and should be able to locate talent under the radar not easy but not impossible.It would definitely be worth a gamble .

As I pointed out to Jonty a few weeks back (obviously Dong you didn't write the article so I very much you'd be bothered reading anyone else's comments), gone are days when coaching is done by grubby little men in flat caps and raincoats, smoking rollies. Teams invest huge amounts of money in scouting platforms, all of the Premier League teams are aware of who is out there. The trick is to bring in players, within your budget, that the coaching staff can work with to enhance your squad. Unfortunately we are in the market against teams that have much bigger budgets or have other advantages, Gallagher, for example went to Palace on loan because players are drawn to London like flies are to .....
But your post makes no sense at all, we need an established striker who can bag us 30+ goals a season and he somehow has to be under the radar. Does such a player exist? And you are talking about scouts finding this guy. What planet are you on?

No, your point is it's a big a leap from U23's to 1st team, one that at 20, Summerville has struggled to bridge therefore, based on a very few minutes, we should write him off. Remember you have only ever watched him in his Premier League displays.
My view, having watched his development through the time he has been with us, is that at 20, it is far too early to write him off as glibly as you do. Bielsa really hasn't played him to his strengths.
The point i am making, which bizarrely you seem to think backs you up, is that very few players set the world on fire at so young an age. The premier league is a baptism of fire and no player should be written off so easily.
There's a player there but unfortunately you haven't watched enough of him to really know what you are talking about.
