Save DCFC march this Sunday

In advance of the match vs Birmingham this Sunday there will be a march from the Assembly Rooms to Pride Park, starting at 11.30. Police will close roads along the route. Please, anyone who can, attend the march. There will be media coverage and the more noise we make about our situation the better our chances. I will be there with my two lads. We must fight, all of us, until the end.

The EFL has Rick Parry at its head. Rick Parry who illegally tapped up Christian Ziege while Chief Executive of Liverpool F.C. and who, after Steve Gibson subsequently sued Liverpool, paid millions in damages to Middlesbrough F.C. This is the man who is in charge of the EFL and who preaches fairness for all and adherence to the rules, but who is no more than Gibson's poodle.

The EFL has Peter Ridsdale on its board, the man who was found guilty of siphoning around half of a million pounds from football clubs into his private bank account via his sports consultancy business. He was then banned from being a company director for seven years. He is Parry's mate and Parry has installed him as his sidekick.

This is the leadership of the EFL. Cheats and crooks. The EFL is rotten at its core. DCFC has been punished way, way more than the crimes of its former owner warrants. It continues to be punished and its existence is threatened because the EFL is prepared to sacrifice anything, any club, in order to prevent the spotlight falling upon itself. It is unfit for purpose, its processes woefuly inadequate for the purpose of running the game and its rules inconsistently applied with arrogance and malice and with absolutely no consideration for what is fair and decent. It lies, publicly, in order to encourage witch-hunts against clubs, relying on the Schadenfraude of fans to take delight in the problems of rivals to lend support to its agenda.

Support our club. Save DCFC. Feck the EFL.

Hey that’s the beauty about music, each to their own. It would be pretty boring if we all like the same stuff.

Well the latest news suggests nothing more will happen for a good few days so there goes the transfer window. With WR saying the administrators have confirmed there will be no further squad sales it seems the present players must see out the season for us but with no extra help (other than the huge "new" signing, Christian Bielik and a fit again Jack Stretton.)

So even if Gibson gets no money from us his other main aim of seeing us relegated (through lack of transfers in but with some important outgoings reducing our squad) may come to pass. But, hold your horses Gibbo! You are reckoning without Wayne Rooney, his remaining team of battlers and the Rams fans throughout the globe. All of them/us fighting til the end and still, in spite of everything, full of hope and optimism. You will never take that away from us!!!!!

Despite acknowledged misdemeanors in his past, Wayne Rooney has been sheer class throughout this situation.
He has shown himself to be honest, principled, loyal, committed, respectful & empathetic to his staff and the fans, in a way that is sadly lacking in others, both within the football world and other sectors of public life. Thank you, Wayne, and long may it continue.

You nailed it there, Ang.

Yes, WR deserves all the plaudits.

Sky Sports now believes an Independent Arbitration Panel will look into the two claims of M and W early next week and that if that fails, a hastily convened civil proceeding will look into it by the end of the week.

About freaking time!

Just in time for us to be able to do feck all in the transfer market, it’s simple they want to drop us a division but whilst we keep the nucleus of the team (jags 👏) we have a fighting chance albeit probably having to rely on other teams doing us a favour with the amount of games to go.

As long as we start as DCFC 1884 next season is the only goal I want at this present time. 💪🐏
