Morning after the day before, what's the post-mortem? It was a comfortable 3-0 win were it not for us gifting them three goals in return? They didn't really trouble us otherwise. Is this a blip in the defensive solidarity that Gio brought in, or a return to the early season defensive shambles? Hearts are going to bleed us dry - rightly so - but if Helander and Balogun aren't going to be back imminently then we need to bring in Souttar now. Either that or bring Katic back in from the wilderness. In terms of the attack, Itten really needs to get on the same wavelength as the rest of the team or he's going to have an even quieter second half of the season than his first. Diallo looks like he could be a difference maker on the right hand side, but like Kent I expect him to have good days and bad days. If yesterday's defensive blunders were just a one-off then I think we'll be alright, but if they continue on for even a couple more games then we're in real trouble.

Don’t think the defensive blunders were a one off. We don’t look confident defensively at all.

McGregor was the worst yesterday, and really needs to be replaced. His inability to command the area has been an issue all season for me. Bassey is also a young lad who was signed as a lb and mistakes will happen with him at cb.

We’d surely be able to get both Siegrist and Souttar in for a million. Katic simply isn’t good enough right now and shouldn’t be considered, he’s not had the best time in Croatia this season. Jack coming back into that box to box file would be a huge boost to the defence as well.
