Will this be the end for antisemitism ...

...from Spurs fans?

Finally THFC have come out and asked fans to stop using the "Y" word.

So we can almost certainly expect increased use of the word on Sunday from the Spurs fans, as that is what the neanderthals that follow Spurs have done before when the gross inappropriateness of thier use of the term has been pointed out.

And let's be clear on the reason Spurs fans use the word currently.

It's not about reclaiming it, it's actually a north london version of Millwall's "no one likes us we don't care". Spurs fans know it's offensive, but believe they have a little excuse to use it. "We said a dirty word, but the police turn a blind eye", is the mentality. Totally pathetic.

No surprised you are confused. You are a muggy caant after all but to clarify, once again in English(if you can read), I will not be there on Sunday so therefore I won't be singing. Are you still confused boy?

"boy" I can almost guarantee I'm double your age.

So at least you have now clarified your opinion, you believe it's OK for Spurs to sing songs with anti-Semitic words in them. Good we have got that clear.

Luka

So your not just an antisemite, but a proud one.

Have you ever considered applying for a leadership role in the Labour Party?

if singing the Y word is anti semetic then why do the majority of Jewish spurs fans that I know sing it readily and proudly? I am not Jewish so I cannot comment, and as I am not Jewish I tend not sing it... but I do not really see how it is anti-semetic unless it is said in a derogatory way. same logic applies to controversial words to describe other ethnic and non ethnic groups.

Fair enough, but do you think all or even a majority of those who do sing it are Jewish?

I am Jewish (on my mother's side ((Jewish joke)) and it annoys the hell out of me.

not sure I am only referring to the people I specifically know are Jewish.

If I had to guess the % of Jewish fans in WHL each week I would go for about 20%
and I reckon about 75% of the ground sings it

Just go already. I heard the West Ham fans singing the P word in relation to travellers. Loud and proud.
