oooh poor Topsy
our cat, Louie was also found severely injured on streets of Harlem (half his whiskers r missing n half his tale plus he had big woond on his shoulder).
4choonately he is now healthy n loved n happy in our home.
do not make lite of croolty 2 animals as in the Zoo er case.
we r caretakers of our planet n shud not act like s too it n our fellow planet-dwellers, weather human or animal or vegetabubble.
