If true, then it might just be the benefit gained from hiring Ralf

Def has to be one of the strongest candidates. Ajax, as a selling club, will also probably not be too fussed about a clause preventing united buying their players, as part of him joining.

Ajax have a few blinding youngsters atm and Gravenberch, as an example, looks a player united could get if he was manager. He is exactly the type u need.

He'd been director of football at Ajax since 2012 and from my understanding him and Ten Haag were known as a great team.
