Need Chelsea to beat Burnley and Norwich hopefully can get a draw against Brentford. Not bothered about Newcastle Villa and Palace winning.

Why do we need Norwich to get a point against Brentford, we just need the bottom three to get less points than us to the end of the season. Not about how many teams finish below us other than that.

Might just be me but I thought we looked better with Rodrigo on the pitch. I'd have him and Bamford start.

Good results for us from below us, except Watford are maybe a threat.

At the time and looking at the fixtures I thought Brentford were more of a threat of getting relegated than Burnley and so wanted a draw to keep them down there and obviously don't want Norwich to benefit at our expense but again with their fixtures just a point wouldn't have hurt us as long as we get at least 4 points preferably 6 this week that would give us a good chance of going above Brentford.
Anyway Burnley losing was the main one and it could be that win against them on New year's day is the difference to us surviving.

We desperately need to beat Villa on Thursday and then, more importantly, for Birentford and Burnley to play out a draw next Saturday. A second win against Norwich then puts relegation back into our own hands.

If that can play out, then hopefully help us focus more confidently on the tougher games which are upcoming after that

Not taking chances is killing us, desperately need Bamford back in this team.
Looked much more balanced today.
Goal was fustesting as Dallas, Klich and Ayling essentially stood watching Barnes

4 points from next 2 has to be the minimum expectation

I can understand why he didn't bring on bamford, they were getting away with being very physical and I just wouldn't risk bamford if I'm unsure, we all saw what happened with Roberts.


That was a complete joke by the way, why he was still on the pitch after his injury was beyond me, it was worse than been a man down because we kept passing to him even though he was crocked.

Can't blame the rest if the team, game is so fast that if you see a white shirt you pass it straight away before you check who it is, incase you lose it.

It is so sad we are in this position. Hoping that this team will lose here, these 2 draw with each other there to save us.
Injuries have killed us this season for sure, but failing to react and deal with them is the real issue. Whether it is MB, Radz, Orta or whoever, we can only blame ourselves for where we are.
If teams like Brentford can bring in players to get them out of trouble then surely we can I would have thought.
We were less open today but our attacking play was OK to the edge of their box but so lacking in penetration.
A team that can neither score nor keep a clean sheet is only going one way I am afraid
