Not sure how this relates to Leeds, please explain.

els, it shows how much money was pumped into the club in comparison to rivals, which helps puts into context whether success was organically built or bought potentially.
Would a coach such as Pep have same success at a club where budget were much lower for example?
I think main claim to fame for Jesse for success close to Leeds level of play by Leeds is that he won league and cup double with Salzburg, but this happens regularly for them since they made such major investment, indeed I believe it happened for 4 of previous 5 years before Marsch's tenure and in the year it didn't happen, they were champions and runners up in cup.

They win it every year. Like SPL without one of Celtic or Rangers. Not much to go by to judge a manager just from that league

Yeah, it's hard to use as a reference point.

I understand the questions over this Yank who has unceremoniously replaced a man that has inbedded himself adoringly into the hearts of Leeds fans because that is human nature as someone else summed up perfectly that Jesse Marsch taking over from Marcello Bielsa is like Your mum introducing you to her new boyfriend..
It takes some getting used to and at first there is some considerable resistance, rejection and resentment of this new person with their strange Americanisms.
However this is the Now and we can only hope that JM does have the skills to help the team survive and focus on that.
I try and not fill my mind with doubts and worry just yet anyway as that serves no positive purpose whatsoever and only creates anxiety and negative energy.
I'm personally going to reserve judgement on JMs coaching ability till after Norwich and hopefully after we see his methods are effective in nullifying Courtinio on Thursday night and that contributes to a much needed victory for us.
