Any players for your rivals that you think are decent, but they dont get played?
I think Balloongun is a very good CB, but he's not really been rated at Rangers.
I'm sure there's been more throughout the years, Tuguy springs to mind.

Always thought Callum McGreggor was underrated. Was disappointed he never started for Scotland in the first game last summer and made a big difference when he started the next couple.
He’s been getting a lot of plaudits since but so he’s a d!ck.

A better exercise might the construction of a maddy or angry XI. Let’s face it, shouldn’t take you long?

Gattuso was world class .... played right on the edge, but there really wasnt many better at his role. At Rangers every fan could see the ability and the engine he had. He must have had a falling out with Advocaat.

I agree, entirely . Advocaat was right he was nowhere near the level required to play in Scotland

Advocaat spoke quite well about this at the Managers Dinner last week.
He said that he having Barry Ferguson and Gattuso in at the same time didnt work so he tried him as a RB for a couple of games. That didnt work out so he sold him.
I think its fair to say Dicky wishes he had maybe tried a bit harder to fit them both in the team

Irrespective how good or otherwise he was after he left Rangers and let’s face it a WC and 2x CL says he had something! Some players get carried away with the madness of Glasgow football. Or can’t handle the pressure. Or some combination. He went on to display that madness in Milan player and manager. Maybe Aadvocaat didn’t want to handle that?
It’s a long list that struggle with a Glasgow derby.
Pretty much the maddy teams earlier but a few tgat just crumbled under pressure - Rogan springs to mind.
