Look, this entire Roman Abramovich situation is a mess and for what it's worth I think he should be sanctioned and forced to sell Chelsea.
That however doesn't stop certain fans making themselves look like total idiots with their demands Chelsea be stripped of every title and cup they have won since 2003.
Yes it's possible some have a genuine moral problem, but let's be honest most of it faux outrage because it means the clubs they support will pick up an extra few bits of historical silver. I actually find it morally repugnant that fans (one or two in particular spring to mind) can use the situation in Ukraine as a way of improving their clubs recent history.
I'm no Chelsea fan, I'm no Abramovich fan, but I'm even less of a fan of using this situation in such a petty way.

Yes, he 'obtained' the assets under his other close pal Yelstin (if you read carefully I never said otherwise) then recommended Putin as his successor in 2000 then personally 'vetted' Putin's cabinet from that time on.

Lance Armstrong cheated to win his titles and he was rightfully stripped of them. What Chelsea have done is far, far worse so they have to be stripped too.

To be fair to Chelsea fans, Abramovich's involvement in football has been let gone unchallenged for so long, it is difficult for them to stop singing his name in the context they mean after all he has done for the club. I don't see anything wrong with it, although maybe a little close to the bone with what is going on at the moment.
It's a bit like telling Spurs fans to stop singing the y word in the context they mean after it has been let go for decades.

Mate, it’s fine to defend your club or owner thinking it is under attack. I’m neutral but just correcting facts. Fact is few billionaire businessmen are squeaky clean but you really ought to do some reading on RA, how he allegedly used bribes, violence, intimidation, how he was linked to murders in connection with control of the aluminium market, his imprisonment, his various court cases, his flat in the Kremlin and goodness knows what else.
