Just seen the Twitter link from Diafol on here with his dog in pic on MU52 post.
I have a four year old Gerrman Shepard called Thor and he has been an absolute rock to me through Covid, lockdown, Ole and Ralf, absolutely love him to death and never leaves my side.
Any other similar on here with their best dog buds ?
Who has dogs on here ?

I have had quite a few. I couldn’t do without a dog.
They say you get one that can never be replaced, I lost him a few years ago in an accident on the farm. Was gutted, took me months to forgive myself. He was a working dog and loved every second of his life, you can’t do much more that for a dog.
I got another same breed of sheep dog, he comes everywhere with me and helped me get past the difficulty of losing the last one. He’s young still and an annoying little fooker though.

We have a small farm and Thor is my second Shepard first one Caesar used to love too round up ducks and geese at least in his his own mind more mayhem than help, took a while after to get another as we had a couple of Jack Russell but I love a big dog and not sure I would have survived lock down without him

I couldn't do without Paddy. Been a real friend these last few years when times have been strange.
I'd willingly sacrifice the last ten years of my life if it meant him getting ten more of his own.

I have an extremely needy beagle.

So it's true they resemble their owners.
Probably also explains why mine came from a dog's home.
