Ok I’m sure this has been discussed to death, but anyone else think we made a massive fack up not signing Eriksen in January till the end of the season?
Seems he was exactly what we missed today and he’s been great for Brentford.
(Had a few beers and am at Spurs so phone is gonna die soon and am a bit beered up, so apologies if I don’t reply)
Is it only me who thinks we facked up royally not going for him ?

He’d been a good option for sure but medically it was a huge risk and not sure the club wanted to take it.

Always backwards with Spurs fans..
Amazing player for us. Not as bad as others in turning up for big games.
But wanted to leave and was poor for half a season before he got his move.
Love the guy but find an Eriksen type player who is younger ffs

Modric is available on a free
Just do some decent scouting or pay good money for younger players in that mould if it fits the team.

The Conte factor might swing it for us. Both know each other and Conte has stated he would open to having him back. Maybe Kane and Son will get in his ear too?

Should we sign him? 100% with another CM too. Sarr can go on loan. Will Skipp ever recover from his injury and return the same player? No one knows. Winks can go. Jusy go ffs.
