Mine broke this week

Had to buy a new trigger. Wrong one. Had to buy another.

Fooking Karcher website has gone to fck - used to be a great browse to find what you needed but has disappeared up its own @rse of complex models, model numbers, spares and incompatibilities. Now you have to visit a service centre. Larkhall? Get that right to fck. Amazon and Chinese rip off copy will do fine thanks.

Quite common these days, sales sure slick, service awful. I used the karcher website to buy it last week. Pretty pleased with it and the process. Came with free extended warranty by buying direct but based on your experience I should probably hope nothing goes wrong with it.

First one I've had, love it
