This formation is when we are chasing a win and already losing. Leaking goals shouldn't be our fear at this point.

Got to say...this shows how Doherty's injury is affecting us.....never thought I'd be saying that!

3 at the back Yes we need to win games but we managed it with panicking like this.

Would just change to a back 4 by taking off the LWB and bringing on Bergwijn, move Kulu central

More often than not its because we are outnumbered in midfield and the supply into kane is blocked, when we need a plan b. Another thing would be to take off one of the '10s' (Son or Kulu) because there's usually no room in behind for them and they're not dropping in midfield either to provide bodies there. Then moving to 352 is an option, Winks for all his stick is better in a midfield 3 too but we do need more options there, Skipp injury is beyond tedious

Conte seems to dislike 4 at the back as a plan B. I agree if he could switch to a 433 or 4222 this would help us in some games

he won the premier league using 3-5-2 mostly with moses and Alonso as high running wing backs

We should find a way to leave Royal out, he is a massive weak link at the moment, he is so poor going forward and nothing special defensively, so much so in fact, the likes of Romero are clearly refusing to pass to him, because he knows it will come to nothing or be passed straight back.

Bergwijn or Lucas makes more sense for these must win matches. We can use Royal to close out a game but nothing more in this 343 formation.
