The Telegraph are reporting that Ralf had to tell Darren Fletcher to stop shouting at the players during games and is ‘surprised’ that he takes part in training. His job title is ‘technical director’ but I wonder if he’s the new Mike Phelan? I always quite liked Fletcher as a player but ‘technical’ is not an accusation I would level at him.

Technical Director is Fletchers role, which isn't a joke at any football club.
But a Technical Director who not also technically directs, but also sits on the bench during games, shouts at the players, includes himself in the half time team talks (no doubt) and also is involved with day-to-day training sessions with the players... is a f@ckin joke.

It does seem to have been happening under Mourinho when Henderson was at Sheffield so probably Luke Shaw at it too. Would explain why he seemed to despise him
