Let's all go electric so the government can rip us off even more and double, triple or quadruple our electricity bills.

Greg EV's are inevitable, and electricity will be much cheaper than Petrol/Diesel. especially if you have solar. We have to move away from fossil fuels, that is what is driving the switch. That and electric cars offer many advantages.

I'm not into motorcycles, But just wondering what people make of the new Verge motorcycle?

There is one obvious standout feature, The back wheel is the motor.

I love the idea of the electric trail bikes and if I could I would 100% get one of those, they are just amazing.

This however.... cant see it taking off. Its far too expensive. FAR FAR too expensive. Ducati's are not cheap and considered the Ferrari of bike world ... well this bike is twice the price of that ... thats almost the equivalent of paying twice what a ferrari road car so im comparison like paying 300k for a tesla!?

The e - bike wont out perform a ducati either.

Id be shocked if this takes off .... especially at the prices talked about.

But the KTM e trail bikes.... defo gimme one of them !!

Whenever I see those electric dirt bikes I know I am about to be mugged. They are owned exclusively by wee neds out to cause havoc. I often wonder whose side the law is on when they fly through junctions doing a wheelie when the red light is on and pedestrians crossing on the green man and I wonder whether I can kick them off to stop them from hitting people? It would be an act of self defence for the greater population, not just myself.

They seem to be a problem in most schemes in Edinburgh. Just means if you have one then people think you're up to no good.

Anyway, just been reading up on wireless vehicle charging. Seems a good solution for onstreet parking. Charger embedded into the parking space so the vehicle can charge wirelessly when parked on top of it.
