There was a semi final in the champs league last night wasn’t there?!
Are there no Man City fans on this forum ?
If liverpool, United, Arsenal, Chelsea or Tottenham were playing Madrid in a semi final of the champs league the board would have countless articles about the game and players to read through and debate / comment on ….there is 1 article about the match last night
Do people just not care about Man City anymore? To me due to the money they spend (I’m not getting into FFP) they should be in semi finals / finals in everything they compete in and is much of a muchness when they are in one ….no one seems excited they are playing and it’s just meh
The comparison to when Liverpool play tonight will be huge….there will be lots of articles from Liverpool fans and rival fans too
This isn’t a dig at city fans at all ….just guaging where everyone else sits with this ? It feels like due to the millions spent to assemble a great squad has tempered the excitement a bit (I’m sure the die hard season ticket holders were very excitable but this is more at rival fans too)
Does no one care ?

The bit you quoted isn’t cobblers. Equating it solely Liverpool is as it was like it even before that but people leaving because virtually every thread descended in to the same tedious debates, even if they started out as something completely different, is entirely valid.

People leaving, not City fans leaving. Because of the state of the site, not Liverpool fans. City don't have enough fans on here for some sort of exodus to happen. Its actually a stupendous load of cobblers.

I literally said saying it was Liverpool was cobblers. We don’t have enough fans on here any more for it to be considered an exodus because they did leave in high numbers a while ago. I know as I’m a member on the forum a lot went to too so your perception of it is the only thing that appears to be cobblers.

The reason there is no activity on City boards despite their position in football is because people don't care about City.

Cheers Boris. From what I recall, the folks on not606 seemed a lot more abusive when it started out. Not checked it out in years though, perhaps things have changed.
