Congrats to him becoming the first club manager to complete the european “Grand Slam" with Real Madrid tonight.
The only manager to have won the league title in all 5 major European leagues with Chelsea, AC, PSG, Munich and now Real Madrid.
He remains one of only 3 managers to have won the CL 3 times and one of only 7 to have won the CL/ European Cup as both a player and manager.
He also won the Italian league as a player at two different clubs, Roma & AC Milan.
Legend.
Carlo Ancelotti

The fact those 5 league titles have come over 19 years also shows he is a manager who can adapt and evolve.
Beautiful left eyebrow too.

The Portuguese and Dutch leagues are bigger than the French league so he is actually the first manager to win a league title in the top 4 and 7th best European leagues.

Yeah that's true. I think also the fact that players love playing for him helps. Like with Jose, you know eventually he'll throw players under the bus and they'll not respond well to that. Carlo doesn't do that.
Having a United dressing room and everyone pulling in the same direction is just as important as brilliant tactical acumen. Klopp and Pep excel on both counts, which is why they're pretty much universally acknowledged as the best around

*unired dressing room. Having a United dressing room is very different and not desirable 🤣

It’s vastly more important. Tactics will rarely get a manager sacked, losing the dressing room does every single time.

He’s a fraud. If you don’t see that, more fool you.

The kind of manager we should have got after SAF while we sorted our plans out.

I agree but most decent managers would have achieved the same if they had gotten the same jobs imo. Certainly in the leagues anyway. He hasn’t won anything against the odds.

That’s hypothetical, it takes character to try yourself in different leagues and country. Rafa couldn’t do anything with Madrid then Carlo came…rest is history

You don't seem to be aware that it was Zidane who replaced Benitez, not Ancelotti...

United have had chances to appoint him but luckily their decision making is atrocious. They even let him go to Neverton.
