Yeah that's true. I think also the fact that players love playing for him helps. Like with Jose, you know eventually he'll throw players under the bus and they'll not respond well to that. Carlo doesn't do that.

I agree but most decent managers would have achieved the same if they had gotten the same jobs imo. Certainly in the leagues anyway. He hasn’t won anything against the odds.

United have had chances to appoint him but luckily their decision making is atrocious. They even let him go to Neverton.
