Im told that we are in talks to sign this guy to be our DM.
Great ball winner, just 22, out of contract and looking to go up a level, which sees him fit the profile of player we are said to be looking at during the squad overhaul.

He's 22 and out of contract. Sounds like he wants to go up a level which would fit the profile United are looking at.
