Title - West Ham (would pisss off Spurs fans)
4th - Chelsea (would pisss off Spurs fans)
Relegated - Spurs (would pisss off Spurs fans)
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Chelsea finishing 4th wouldn’t really bother us at all, I mean they are finishing 3rd this season and I couldn’t care less.

West Ham winning the league or us relegated would be excruciating though

I couldn’t put Arsenal 4th though 🤷‍♂️

at the mere suggestion of west ham every winning a league. they havent managed it in 150 years, they wont start now
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Stranger things have happened.

West Ham are a ripe target for the next Premier League sugardaddy now that FFP rules have been chopped up beyond recognition.

The value of the club is only about £550-600m , going by the value of the last shares sold. With limitless matchday revenue streams thanks to the £2.5m p.a sweetheart lease they got for a brand new government-built 60,000 seater stadium. As much of a headstart as any new owner is ever going to get.

A complete contrast to Chelsea, whose new owners will essentially pay 5-6 times that amount for an aging stadium and no hope of ever getting planning permission for a new one.

Both Gold and Sullivan are very old men, and the new shareholder is rich enough to buy each of them out many times over.

behave. the football gods will never allow it. look at the way they made barca lose so that their fans wouldnt get a trip to the nou camp. they dont deserve to be able to go anywhere or do anything good.

proper tin pot club with low life fans. they will go down again twice before they win the league

As a brand I think West Ham have similar potential to Spurs tbh.

Honestly Spurs were a joke as recently as 2009, and still haven’t won a triple crown title since 1991, yet have moved up the rankings. I never thought they’d get to the level they are at now.

If Spurs could improve, no reason why WH couldn’t as well. Neither team are a traditional power.

Wtf is a triple crown title
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It's a term invented by United fans when Liverpool surpassed their trophy count so they can claim to have more trophies. The other major honours don't count.

Aren't West Ham season tickets £300 or something equally low?

The league, primary domestic cup and the UCL. So in England that would be PL, FAC & UCL.

Title = City
Top 4
City
Liverpool
Chelsea
Arsenal

Relegated - out of Burnley, Leeds and Everton, I would say Burnley.
