Seriously having seen the incompetence, micro management, petty vendettas, rudeness and arrogance. With the added knowledge that he plays the most boring football in the league and when his poor management is exposed, the first thing he will do is blame you and your teammates for all his mistakes over the course of the season.
Why would anyone with a promising career allow that man to gain control over it. Sure 50k a week is a great wage and this is AFC after all. But those things all become meaningless as a player, if it's the last 50k contract you ever see because Arteta idiot micro manages you into one of the worst AFC players of all time.
Signing for Arteta has too much of a risk of being career suicide.

Well they gpt the money to buy them. Same thing happened at Man Utd got rid of our strikers in January and surprise surprise we struggle. I knew end of January we were finished.

They allowed Edu and Arteta bid big money for Vlahovic (more than Juve paid for him) and had money available for alternative options.

I think one way to solve whats going on is to bring in a director of football. KSE are not a hire/fire type company. On one hand that is good because it allows organic growth and that lasts long term. But sometimes it also allows mediocrity to fester and a slow response to what we think are obvious issues.

If I’m honest and I don’t mean to Wum but Arsenal imo over achieved this season. You’ve got a good team of youngsters so the future looks bright.
It kind of reminds me of us under Poch when we finished third in a 2 horse race.
The team just needs to mature.

To be fair to expressions he is right even though it is hilarious at the same on the last line he said there. I actually never seen such a poor showing by a side going for 4th as that except when Leicester got smashed at Bournemouth a couple of years ago lol.

Also last season Leicester got smashed at home to Newcastle. So bottling top 4 has been a theme last few years.
