Best match: Leeds, first game of the season. Downhill all the way after that.

Worst Match: Liverpool at home. What was particularly bad was it a beating that many expected.

Worst Player: Any of them at some point of the season.



Best goal: Bruno v Newcastle.

Worst blooper: Lingard v Young Boys.



Inspiration of the season: Most of the players are an inspiration really. Inspiring the idea that some of us on here could have played for United this season and we wouldn't have seen a drop off in quality.

Player of the season? Harry Maguire

Headbutts the back of Ronaldo’s head, then follows it up by kicking Pogba in the mush

Feel a bit sorry for Maguire. He's been a good player and you don't become a bad player overnight. I remember the run to the Europa League Final, we fell apart at the back we when he got injured that last few weeks.

Same with Rashford, there's two very good players there that need refocusing... It's just all gone wrong for them both this last twelve months.

Yeah tbh it would obviously bother me if Liverpool won the league in any season but I could put up with it and just accept it as we haven't been close to challenging. The difference this season was the quad thing. It would tave eclipsed our Treble and more than that, it would have been impossible to eclipse that achievement.

Liverpool winning the quad would be awful obviously but in truth, no neutral should want any team to ever do that. As once that happens, it means there is no longer something truly unique to strive for. So thank you City, you really did save football today 👍

Best game: Newcastle at home, was amazing having Ronny back for that and atmosphere was bouncing.

Worst: Lost count.

Best player: Pronably Ronaldo, Dave pushes him close though.

Worst: Toss up between Rashford, Maguire and AWB, although the list in reality is far more extensive.


Best goal: Ronaldo vs Newcastle, really felt like we were set for a cracker of a season, how wrong I was.

Uninspiring of the season: Sancho had moments, but on the whole has been disappointing for me. Technically excellent, but seems to lack real pace to get past players which is concerning considering our investment in him. Bruno although statistically ok in parts, was also massively poor considering his previous form.

Next season: Pick a number between 1 and 20 out of a hat, could be anything at this stage tbh. Top 4 would be a real achievement I think, especially if Spurs keep hold of Conte. How the mighty have fallen.

My favourite goal personally was Sancho in Spain. His first for us, an important one and it came when we were without a manager. I also love a counter-attack goal and one that goes in off the bar, so this ticked a lot of boxes.
