Why does he think that all players should celebrate their wins like Federer and Rafa? Does Djokovic do anything disrespectful to his opponents? No. Does he say anything disrespectful to his opponents? No. So, why is it an issue if he celebrates with chest thumps and the like?
Do you think it matters how players celebrate their wins?
Do we need another Federer or Rafa?
Or do we need someone different, like Novak.

I don't find Nole disrespectful to opponents, if anything he is one of the few who will applaud an opponent's shot.
Nothing wrong with Novak's attitude at all in my book.

Perhaps Emerson thinks he should celebrate his wins by climbing up the crowd in the stands like fellow Aussie Pat Cash did at Wimbledon in 1987?
