At our supporters club we had Omar Berrada, City’s COO who runs the club day to day, including making player tranfers, sponsorship deals etc. ex Barcelona, so an interesting guy. First question was ‘there’s been a leak in the ladies toilets in block 201 for weeks now, when are you going to sort it out?’
