Salah

Reports emerging (take with a pinch of salt) that he wants to stay in the Premier League and would move to a rival and (judging by the amount we still get mentioned, I'd say we are still rivals with Liverpool even if we are pap.)

Hypothetical obviously (just in case our resident scouse cheerleaders get their knickers in a twist) but..

If the opportunity to sign him was there would you do it from a United perspective?

I would, he'd bring Bruno back to life with all the penalties he'd win

What do you reckon, worth a cheeky bid to be understudy to Sancho?

Any rival can have him.

Will be Torres all over again.

If he was offered to united we would go for that based on our previous experience of spending silly money on aging players.
Luckily Woodward isn't around so I think the club may have some sense this time around, and I stress may.

On what planet does anyone think LFC would do direct business with UTD. It’s the unwritten rule.
but it is written. This is the way.
We do not do business with That club.

There would be no business between Liverpool and United if Salah moved on a free which is what's being suggested
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That’s still going direct. You can’t do that. He’d burn his legacy overnight.
And then some would say, what do we care. Sure I get that. But am old school. You wore colours for that team, I’ll never accept you. I’m lukewarm with RvP, Sanchez, Stapleton. I can’t trust anyone, that has the capability to turn heel like that, even if we benefit from it.
Never warmed to Michael Owen. Did any of you?

I’m always gonna look on you sideways. The streets won’t forget.

We were morbing for cantona when he was at Leeds and also morbed when he played for united, he basically morbed his career around

I would but I reckon he'd go City or Chelsea above us

How is it unwritten if it’s written?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh, and you have done business with us in the past.
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Stringer is a United fan.

And he means it’s that much of an unwritten rule, it’s written. Think paradoxical humour or something. You oxymoron

that’s exactly how I meant it.
The rivalry is that deep. It’s that far gone.
There’s no way we’d want to strengthen each other.

And when was the last time we did business directly with each other? I’d bet most of us weren’t even born yet.
