Good decision making. At least he looks up and picks the pass.
Some just keep running

I would keep him. He always looks pretty good to me, he's fast and not light weight.

Pellestri and Amad loans have been disastrous tbh. Neither player been regulars in a poor standard team.

'Disastrous' is a bit hyperbolic. Amad spent half a season at a side that blew away Dortmund and RB Leipzig on the way to a European final and couldn't get a regular starting birth but got more game time than at United and scored a few goals.

With both players you never know what they have learnt from the experience.

They played 16 players in the final and he wasn't chosen. I don't think he's as good as many of our fans think he is.

You're making a different point to the original ones, which were that the loan spell was 'disastrous' and at a poor side. I'm not claiming it was a roaring success or that he's going to make it. But he has played more football since Christmas than he would have done at United, and arguably for a side playing better than we have during the same time period.

Pellistri has something about him... The way he carries the ball, like a proper old fashioned winger.

Whether he makes it at us remains to be seen, but I think he'll do better than Amad

Hard to judge how he will pan out. On one hand he couldn’t get a game at the team who finished bottom of La Liga. On the other he’s getting picked for a decent national team.

I get the feeling that after 2 seasons on loan we either keep him here and give him a chance or let him go permanently.

Management like that might be why they went down, doesn't necessarily reflect badly on him,

Always reminded of Pulis not playing Gnabry all season while having him on loan

If Erik doesnt want either in his squad, then lets hope the club can get them both a decent loan move. A top Championship side would be best.

I remind people of Salah and De Bruyne.

I cannot be bottled to dig out comments from yesteryear, whilst also not saying these kids will be world beaters. But I bet the Chelsea board regrets their castigation of those aforementioned players. I’m sure it happened.

We have to unearth a gem or two eventually - I just hope Greenwood is not our Anakin.

Maybe it’s Pellestri and Amad?
