How do we think it will go?
Kinda hard to get motivated for this one on the back of the Ukraine result and also with it being close season.
regardless after the last euro's its already proven it can be a very handy tournament to have for us lower rated nations.
predictions, line up etc.
how you guys see it going?

Good win for Scotland but we should have scored more goals.

He got motm anaw. Thought Armstrong was pretty poor but got an assist. Any success we have seems predicated on spirit and combat? As discussed already this week we seem to lack the basic skills and composure to string enough passes, movement and guile together to create enough goals. Promising moves break down and we rely on set pieces with the big guys up. It is thoroughly depressing.
I was shouting at the TV an Armenian move breaks down and the time ripe for a transition to take advantage of them being out of position we are too busy shuttling the ball back and sideways whilst we regain our own shape first before looking forward. No invention, no risk then when Christie actually shows some and tales a quick corner the front men are looking back waiting for the CBs to amble up and we give it away again. No alertness, no mental guile, all static. Facking awful.
Maybe Clarke is responsible for that, I don't know? Doesn't seem to have changed much over the years?

No idea Silver, but a lot of what you say rings true. How often do we see it in European club games.
We’re just getting further behind with our technical ability.

said on Flashscore we completed 740 of 812 passes which seems pretty decent, not used to having so much of the ball
i think these games are being treated the same across the board, they all seem like glorified friendlies, it's crazy to have the amount of games at this stage of the year and the players all look tired

Agree Ghod, end of long season grind. My poorly elucidated point was aimed at both the consecutive passes but most importantly the critical pass, the one that turns possession into chance and thereafter into dangerous chance or xG. Just seemed like too many broke down at that final stage last night whether that is overhit cross or forward simply not reading the pass or poor control or whatever. That game could have been 4, 5, 6-0 with a bit more composure.

Using those same Flashscore stats to illustrate, Scotland had 102 dangerous attacks to Armenia's 10, we had 6 shots on goal to their 3, their keeper only had 4 saves to make versus Gordon who had to make 3.

didn't see the game but can imagine what you're talking about.
We've missed that type of player since Maloney retired imo
