This is the sort of BS that the Spurs bosses have foisted on previous managers...."We paid a lot money for x, y, z so you need to make them work" "our youth setup is great so you must play them".

Its taken someone like Conte to come and say, i dont care how much you spent on Ndombele & GLC, they're craaap and i want them gone! and low they are duly loaned out and will be sold or re-loaned, probably at a significant loss.
