Garner and Garnacho look the most likely from that list at the minute to me. Fernandez has been pretty impressive in the few games I've seen too. With our full back options being pretty poor in truth, there's no reason he couldn't start to challenge for a role in the squad/team in the next couple of years.

Garnacho does look very promising from what little I've seen, and progressing quickly.
Hannibal missed off your list, possibly in with a chance of some appearances this season you'd think above those in the OP.
Would be nice if we had some brilliant fullbacks ready to step up but I don't know much about the youth side any more.

Hannibal. Of course. Yes, Matic has spoken very favourabvly of him.
Garnacho seems special. Lets hope he gets some ganetime this season.

Hannibal is one of the worst players I've ever seen in the PL...

Elanga is still only 20 too... Hopefully he continues to improve, quite a live wire at times, last season.

I'd be surprised is anymore than one or two of these make it at Utd, it rarely works out the way you would hope.
Garnacho looks a real talent. The likes of Hannibal, Laird, Garner and Elanga have actually played adult football which helps, but let's be honest, they probably aren't going to form the basis of a top side.

Garner Garnacho and Hannibal are the best bets

Amad still needs to develop physically, couldn't cut it in the Scottish Premiership

Went to watch the game between our U23s at Elland Road last season. Everything you did went through Mejbri, for good or for bad. No matter where on the pitch your players were, they were looking for him and the space he was in.
Seems to have a quick temper though.

Just Garnacho to step up then?
