Seems to be a legitimate target for us?
Anyone know much about him?
He didn’t have much of an impact at Wolves in 20/21 but still very young. I’d imagine he had a good season this season if we are interested.
Apparently he’s more attack minded though which doesn’t solve our DM issue.

All our full backs suck. If Ten Hag can fix both those positions he’ll gain my utmost respect

Shaw actually doesn’t.

He’s had one good season but that looks to be the exception rather than the rule. We really should be looking to find someone more reliable to take over from him

Who’s pretending AWB offers anything going forward? He’s shiiiiit, but I’m not gonna pretend Dalot offers anything either. His crossing is actually worse than AWB’s.

Reliability is defiantly an issue with Shaw, Robb. But he has had more than one good season. You. Have used that argument yourself against MUDd
Shaws problem other than reliability is that from a football sense he is thick as you can get. As are way too many of our players.

Telles unfortunately is a poor player but not a reason to avoid players from that league.
…..
One of our know it alls on here just could not accept this. His whole argument was based on stats whereas mine was seeing how poor attacking wise he is.
Let alone how awful a defender he is.
And does anyone actually think Dalot was any better than AWB?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Telles hasn’t really been able to play his natural game at United. There haven’t been that many occasions on which he’s had unmitigated licence to bomb forward, which is where his strength lies.
He’s disappointed, sure, but I wonder how he’d have done under Klopp at Liverpool, for example. Really he should be playing either as a wingback, or in a side with a DCM who drops in, like Matic did at times under Jose.
From what I’ve seen, Dalot has been better than AWB going forward, certainly. That’s hardly difficult or though
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Really. He keeps crossing the ball out of play. He had a long run of games and I can not remember him having one assist or creating anything. Granted I did not watch our last few games as we were beyond awful by then.
And are you telling me he can’t do the basics unless he is in a certain system.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I think statistically AWB is better in assists. Dakota cross looks pretty till it flies out

No idea what you have been watching because he really has not.

I’ve not seen many United games this season, so probably picked the right ones for him if that’s the case.
Thought he was one of United’s better players in the couple of games I saw in the run in. Looked good going forward against Brighton earlier in the season and I think West Ham?
Anyway, that’s from about probably eight games all season.

I remember when Dalot first joined us, looked like he had a very good cross on him. That was coached out of him.
He is more comfortable on the ball than AWB, but wouldn't surprise me if it was shown he hadn't created any more.

Telles wasn't the marauding LB he was cracked up to be too.

He has not. He has created much less. I honestly don’t know why Ralf kept playing him.

He hasn’t been at United, obviously. I think the step up has been too much for him. He just isn’t good enough on or off the ball for the PL. He isn’t focussed enough or tidy enough.
But United fans haven’t seen the best of him. He hasn’t been able to play with the same freedom he had at Porto, or even Inter.
