Barcelona want Harry Maguire

Nothing wrong with putting this out there to give Harry a bit of confidence. The fact is Maguire is still our most reliable CB overall. Not a high bar admittedly but he's fit more often than not and isn't half as bad as he showed last season.

He definitely is as bad as shown last season.

It's the same reason the entire footballing worlds supporters laughed when he moved to Utd and at the joke of a price he went for as well.

HM as been a laughing stock well before last season and the memes, videos and gigs etc extend well beyond this season

He really isn't. The previous season he was pretty solid. So much so that people, on here no less, were saying we'd have probably won the Europa League had he played the final.

Well, there's no point signing a midfielder and then as part of the deal offloading the defensive midfielder who is going to enable the new guy's role, is there?

I have to agree with the spurs poster. He definitely was bad the season before last.
Remember that was the season where one of his highlights was pulling Luke Shaw down leaving their forward to score in an open net pretty much.
Maguire has had a handful of decent games since being at the club.
The only good thing about him is his ability to keep fit.
