Severance was great and also the latest Atlanta series. Was gonna check out We Own This City, which is by David Simon who made The Wire.

Watched We Own This City recently and thought it was pretty decent ... cops really don't come out of that well!

Belatedly catching up with Treme (pronounced Tremmay). Think it was made about a decade ago (36 episodes over 4 seasons) ... set in New Orleans in the aftermath of Katrina. Really didn't think it would be my cup of tea at all, but it's a serious grower once you get to know all the disparate characters. Music throughout is great as well ... and another where the cops & authorities don't look too good!

Got really into Taskmaster during the first lockdown. Rewatching most of it now with someone who hasn't watched it before. Onto the seasons I enjoy less now (we have done them out of order), but think the new ones have been pretty consistently great.

Taskmaster is great….very funny

Even some of the people on there I either didn’t know or didn’t think they were that funny but I was suprised as everyone was really sharp and funny

Very enjoyable program ….the constant piisss taking is amusing

Animal kingdom - I stream it online but think first two or three are on amazon. So good
Impastor - amazon
White gold - i player
Top Boy - Netflix
Patriot - amazon

Underbelly is also brilliant if you haven’t seen it although being Aussie I imagine you have Rob

I have. Great show and very much a realistic look at the crims here.

Kingdom with Nick Jonas and Frank grillo on amazon I think was really good too. 2 or 3 seasons

Really liked new Amsterdam for the first season but that got boring after, same with the rookie. Binned both of those off and didn’t even bother with Blacklist season 9 too long in the tooth now has gone on 2 years longer than was needed

About time we had a new season of sneaky Pete

Thought the writing in the first three were pretty flawless. Jared Leto channels the WeWork egomaniac to a surreal level.

Got into The Crown late and thought S1 & 2 were some of the best big budget production ever made for TV. Fascinating viewing, and I’m saying that as a Scot.

Yellowstone is still the best thing I have binge watched this year.

For those of us who don’t mind subtitles the French show Crimson Rivers is superb as is the Swedish show Beck and Norways Mammon.
