I read this on marca,es last week and posted it here, Sevilla said the agreement had been made between all parties on 16th and were just waiting for Chelsea to send through the ratifying papers. When they didn't, Kounde was sent on to join up with theammates on their tour and when Barça heard, they resumed talks about the transfer on 21st. Don't understand what we're doing. We spend 14 months chasing a player and then pull out at the last minute.
