Oh stop it. He had good games for us as well but there's a reason Fulham were his only suitors.

Not one person I've seen in the last 2 years has even for a second suggested that Pereira was only not looking good enough for us because of anything other than the fact he's bang average at best.

Is this simply not down to the club restructuring their scouting network right now meaning we have no scouts currently working? Isn’t that why literally all our transfers and rumours are players EtH knows.

Pereira had a few pretty underwhelming loan spells also. I wish the best but he was nowhere near good enough.

Like he’s played in the PL for ages. Broken up play well and kept it simple. Looks comfortable but Liverpools CM have been pretty poor.

Pereira had plenty of chances. I bet this fella saying 'the club failed him' was one of these people saying he wasn't good enough at the time.

He would have been exactly the sort of purchase SAF would have made.

Probably too late now, but that is exactly the kind of cf United need - and have needed since RvN left.
