I reckon he will last about as long as Nuno did at Spurs.

Potentially. Though I think Ten Hag will get it together and at least last the season. United will be very reluctant to sack yet another manager.

He won’t be sacked unless they show relegation form. You can’t bring someone in with very different ideas and not give him time to mould a squad in his image. It would take form like Juande Ramos form them to pull the trigger. That could happen all the time Poch is still available but it would be insanely harsh to judge a man with no decent players, barely any activity from the board regarding transfers and a disgruntled, toxic influence in Ronaldo who wants out.

I think Ten Hag is a good manager but the United job is a poisoned chalice and has been since Ferguson left. I really don't know what the answer is for them. They've spend hundreds of millions on players and they've tried the short term, big name manager approach and they've tried the long term project approach and nothing has worked.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The long term project approach hasn’t really been tried. The longest any given manager has been in place since Fergie retired is less than three seasons.

There have been six managers in the nine years since then, and each one has brought completely different ideas to the table and needed different kinds of players to suit their system. There has been zero consistency in the approach and evidently zero footballing strategy employed above the manager.

The hope has to be now that the results are ignored for the foreseeable future, ETH eventually gets the players up to speed with a recognisable tactical approach, and when he does leave down the line, a head coach is brought in to replace him who has the same kind of ideas about how football should be played, rather than yet another lurch in a completely different direction.

Ten Haag is a fantastic manager it’s been one game, but overall I don’t see anyone turning this around at United, they just aren’t run as a serious football club anymore.

Potter though has done and continues to do a fantastic job at Brighton. Best English manager there is. Would love us to bring him in as Conte’s eventual successor.

I think Lampard will be sacked first…, complete mess at Everton.

Their only striker is injured… & they haven’t replaced Richarlison.

I just hope they play Dele Ali more… so we get some money for him…

Reckon it will be Gerard. Villa have been poor for a long time now and beyond and initial new manager bounce Gerard hasn’t done much with what is actually a decent squad of players.

Hasenhuttl is my pick for the first to go. His form is atrocious, it's surprising they've not sacked him already.

This bloke has lost 9-0 twice and still in a job
