Will we ever get back to the top?

10 years without a title.

Incapable senior management

A poor squad.

An aging, outdated stadium.

Huge debts.

A fortune largely wasted.

Unappealing to top players.

Revenues plauteing.

Until now, I had genuinly believed that the right manager would eventually come along and be backed, taking us back to the top of the game, but I really do now begin to wonder if this will ever happen.

All non state funded clubs have debt

Yesterday was a beautiful sunny day day at OT still by far the biggest prem stadium in the country and looked awesome.

This site would fold without United the admins will know but it must be the biggest traffic by far, even shiiite we are the biggest there is.

Ok we’re a bit shiiite just now but we have more than one title in 32 yrs and we’re a real club not a Middle East toy.

I say yes we will be back maybe ETH can be our Klopp the prem needs clubs like us and Pool to be strong we are news in every corner of the globe we just need to get past McFred.

Have you got your face painted on one of those empty bliss seats, I loved it when county were above you in your real existence, nobody gives a feck about city
----------------------------------------------------------------------

Peks is right, have you thought of getting Government backing?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
like Newcastle and City

R Madrid are a members' club ofcourse
No Government backs us
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Of course not, they just sort your debts out.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
our enormous revenues service the debt
----------------------------------------------------------------------
That’s all you seem to be doing, servicing your debt.

Is that working out ok for you?

So why is it going so poorly on the pitch? You know, the one place that it really matters?

Not with the Glazers as owners

But you're the coq who's spent years defending them and the senior management they employ just to get attention on here

Depends on what you mean by the top

The success and dominance under fergie - unlikely

Challenging for the PL and CL- absolutely and sooner than later IMO

I think Utd will soon be challenging for all titles. Within 3 years.

It’ll be tough with other clubs looking good, particularly City & Arsenal, but you’ll be back up there

10 years is nothing tbh. Real Madrid went 32 years without winning the CL, then won 8 in 25 seasons.

Liverpool went 30 plus years without winning the PL and finally cracked it (although with a major asterisk).

I’m sure it will happen one day, look at Liverpool, it took them 30 years.
++

as it took united a similar period of time.

As a neutral fan, Manchester United will always be the biggest club in the UK. A few years in the doldrums won't ever change that.
