It’s taken about 18 years but he’s finally grown a pair and spoke out against the ownership. I dunno why he didn’t just deck Redknapp with the microphone though.

Richard Arnold was saying a few weeks ago the glazers are tough, thick skinned people who won’t even bat an eyelid about protests. Not sure what people can do to get them out really.

I wish our elite transfer negotiating team would go to Glazer HW and give them their best reasons not to sell the club. They'd sign the deed over by the end of the meeting

I haven’t been to Old Trafford since about 2007, is it really that bad nowadays?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
The Glazers have redeveloped 3 sides, filled in the corners and put a statue up.
However, the seats were designed for 9 year old school children so you're forced to stand.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
They’ve not spent a penny of new money.
All of the development OT has seen since the takeover was already baked in.
All they’ve done is make some minor changes to allow better access for disabled fans (which was mandated by law).

Stop going to games. Empty stadiums is never a good look. That's what did it for Wenger in the end.

Who are you, you make decent comments for a Scouser?
Agree with pretty much everything you've said.

I have just watched the clip of Neville and Redknapp going at it.
The problem for both of them is that they are both right.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I couldn't watch it. They're both talking over each other, just repeating the same line, seemingly without realising that they can both be right at the same time.

A football director:
1) Could have implemented a football style and appointed a manager to fit the style.
2) Implementing a transfer strategy like age bracket of players, character of the players and not investing in players over a certain age.
3) Could have implemented a scouting department who track players with data analysis and use the modern tools. I have read they don't have a clue about this which is an embarrassment for a club like Man Utd. Liverpool have done this with Skillcorner.

4) He could have prevented buying players like Maguire and Ronaldo, see point 2.

Redknapp is such an awful pundit. He gets rather sheepish when Neville brings up Spurs.

The Glazer hate piece is just out of the fan 101 book. Team performs badly. Hate the manager. Sack the manager. Recruit new manager. Hate the new manager. Sack the new manager. Repear. Eventually fans turn on owners. See: Arsenal 2010-2022
