As a performance, it was as poor as we’ve been for a long time. A typical performance at SB. Very similar to the ones against them last season
So on the face of it, what has changed?
If you’re looking for positives, we got a draw. We stuck at it, as poor as we were, and got a result.
Isn’t that what they say good sides do? Play awful and get a point away from home?
Richarlison changed the mentality for me, just his infectious attitude. We were too passive first half but he came in and was anything but. We finally have options when things going against us
What do we take from that?

You take from that.... that Spurs are decent, not on Man C or LFC levels, they're with the rest of us...
----------------------------------------------------------------------
What?
Spurs took 6 points off City last season with almost the same side and were unbeaten against Liverpool, so we are not the far from them but we smashed Arsenal 3-0 an ripped their hands off CL and took it....Spurs are in CL, and Arsenal are in Ropey so not same level as Spurs or Chelsea
----------------------------------------------------------------------
My point still stands...Spurs are decent but not on Man C or LFC levels...well done ,u beat us at your home, we done the same you last year, what's you point?

The sky buffoons were wrapping up the game with 5 mins to go, with MOTM ceremonies and summaries "same old Spurs can't beat Chelsea"....
Then BOOOOM BOOOM BOOM
Spurs back level
Sky camera pans on to Tuchel looking glum
Tyler " He looks frustrated, why shouldn't he be? That was a foul on Chelsea player"
Could not make it up... Unbiased commentary?
Never mind. Mr Hitler Sauerkraut, your team ain't all that letting us steal your win
Man, this league has too many suerkrauts -- wiffy old cabbages who moan a lot

Nothing like a bit of racially influenced prejudice and what a surprise to see the warmonger Sandy joining in. I give you the two biggest kants on this entire forum.

Another thing we could take from today is that Chelsea didn't really have anyone on the bench to worry us. I'd argue that all of their changes, bar James to RWB actually made them worse.
That back line, though, jeez. Not many teams are going to go there and get a result.

Spurs finished more than twenty points behind City and Liverpool. Yes spurts... you're not far off them 🙄

Said this in the match thread. Expect more games like this against Liverpool, City and Woolwich.
Teams who press will have more possession against us as we park the 523 bus.
We will have to ride our luck for the first 20mins of games and hang in there.
Son was fully exposed today and pocketed by Kante and at times James too.
Also Romero will cost us one day but I am mentally prepared for it lol.

OP
It was a shocking performance. But a late equalizer at that dump is always something to celebrate.
Beat Wolves next week, and that would already make Spurs seven points better off than last season, where they lost to Southampton, Wolves and Chelsea. So will take that.
Defence though still needs some serious surgery. That Davies and Dier are now considered undroppable starters is cause for concern.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
When was the the last time you won at that dump?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
2018, 1-3.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Congrats, after your remarkable draw today is tomorrow being declared a public holiday?

We learnt that Cucurella should get his ridiculous hair cut.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I thought Romero made that point really well.
All that hair is obstructing other players' views at set pieces.

He can have his hair however he likes, doesn't give Romereo any right to yank on it.
