If Casimero was 34/35 then some of our cretins would have a point. The same cretins who no doubt have been screaming for a decent DM for the last ten years.

I don’t think it’s his age that’s the concern as such. It’s the reports of decline and the fact that he hasn’t much left to achieve in the game.

Real fans have commented that he’s not as good as before. Hopefully it’s rubbish but the same murmurs were there with Varane.

Tbf, that's not just a United thing. Every time I see the supposed cost of Haaland I'm convinced they've included his projected fuel costs, supermarket shopping bills and mortgage payments into the deal

Same happened with us signing Koulibaly who is about 3 weeks older than Van Dijk.

Most likely jealousy. Most of them wouldn’t have anything negative to say about Casemiro as a player before this move was spoken about.

It’s absolutely fair to look at the age of a player, given the absolute mess of a transfer policy the club have had in recent years.

If you’re a Liverpool fan then you can be told to sit down and shut up, as Klopp has got it right time and time again.

If you’re a United fan you have every right to pick holes in each transfer because the club have shown themselves to be entirely incompetent.
